Calm Road was born from personal experience of stress, anxiety and the constant need to “fix” myself.
Over time, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t come from fighting emotions, but from learning to meet them with acceptance, compassion and movement.
I write from lived experience and ongoing learning.
Alongside my own journey with stress, anxiety and PPD recovery, I’ve studied psychology at university level, which has deepened my understanding of the mind–body connection and emotional regulation.
This site is not about perfection or expertise — but about shared humanity, curiosity and compassion.
